(click on hyper links).   Stinebaugh as depicted on this chart is very close to the road going SSE out of town.  There does appear to be a runway there but there is only a single runway with a length estimated as 5600x100 on a heading of 15/33.  This has led me to wonder if the Roy (see below) and this runway are not the same.  Would make sense.  If this is true, then the coordinates for Roy and this are actually one in the same and this listing is correct.  There is a Roy on this chart and it is obviously wrong so it is not listed in this data base.
